Ytd, ester look through my dairy and realise, eh? why got patient tomorrow (which is 12feb) & im on duty. i cancel off the patient and block off again.

today when i was packing the tray, the patient came. i was like, hur? i didnt book her. its Mrs T. to insert her name to my slot today, and she didnt tell me anything.
*i tears not because im sad/scared, just too angry =)

I HAD ALREADY TOLD THE PATIENT I DONT HAVE TIME FOR HER, YET SHE WANNA SQUEEZE IN MY TIME! IDIOT! OK FINE! U WIN!THE SISTER CALLED MRS T. TODAY AND FINE, I TREAT YOU. TOO BAD I NEED YOU TO COME BACK, JUST DONT FEEL LIKE COMPLETING YOUR TREATMENT TODAY!!!!! NAH! I WIN!

during treatment, when ester is talking to me, something like joke, she like wanna laugh, making those nosies, WE ALSO NOT TALKING TO YOU RIGHT! and shake what shake, how am i going to scale la!

when i pass her the file for payment, she asked, so i pay for the whole mouth or? i ans: oh, S$21, here is by visit, and she like wanna say oh, then i finish off today, i keep reject her request! *evil laugh! SHE ADD ON: UNLESS YOU DUN CHARGE ME FOR THE NEXT VISIT. and guess what i ans? oh, MRS T. say here is by visit. Not only your sis know how to 'press' people using mrs t, i can 'mrs t' u back =)

she agreed to finish off the treatment next time, okay, went off, and came back after i clean, swipe and everything. saying that, she better do everything today. because why? OF THE S$21 and dun wan travel down, u think what, I DO FREE FOR U WAN ANOT! the first time she came, still say what : you all student ma, so should be WE give her money? WTH?
